A modification to macintosh laryngoscope blade size 3. The anterior flange has been reduced to decrease the force upon the maxillary incisors and to prevent damage to the teeth. A channel in the blade provides a means through which an endotrachel tube may be inserted visualising the cords. available only in one size.
