Description

Construction :- Bed / Chair frame is made up of double 25mm dia x 18G CRCA tubes
Welded to each other so cross section looks like a 50 x 25 mm tube
The top to made with built in cushion 50mm thick P.U Foam and Rexene cover fixed on a ply 12 mmm thick and secured to bed with help of wooded screws. The mattress should have built in pillow.
Legs of the chair should be made from 1.25' dia x 18gauge ERW tube with horizontal tube 25.4 mm x 18 swg tube Legs Provided with Nylon shoes having metal inserts The bed should easily fold and slide to make a chair and vice versa
The base to be provided with 4 fixed direction castors underneath the first section, whereas the back section of the seat should have 70mm dia castors with brakes.
The folding section should have high gas spring to secure to the chair open position.
Addition support at the extreme front end to provide extra support and safety to any sitting at the extreme end of the bed. The hinges should be rotatable within the frame and not external.
Finish :- All components should be pretreated in separate eight tank process for better finish, good adhesion and corrosion protection. Process includes Hot Degreasing, Derusting, Activation, Phosphating & No's of Water rinses as per IS 3618 - 1966 class 'C' type and then pretreated materials is coated with epoxy powder with film thickness of 60 microns (approx) and then oven baked at 180 degree centigrade.
