Description

Head Bow / Foot Bow :- These panels are the flagship product of the company. The panels are robust. ergonomic, aesthetic and come with a finish that complies with customer needs. For an unparalleled convenience of use. With help of connecting clamps & rods, they are extremely easy to assemble and remove. There are a variety of sticker color options available for these panels to enhance the aesthetics and sync with the hospitals.
SIDE RAILING :- Side railing complements the head & Foot bow aesthetically. With a curved finish of our side rail, it enhances the look of the whole bed. There is a provision of angle indicator on on the side rail which helps knowing the exact position of the bed while using motorized beds. Two side rails on one side covers the full length of the bed, thus not leaving any trap gaps in the bed.
BRACKET MECHANISM :- Our side railing gives the feature of duck down railing with just a push of a button with the help of gas spring in the bracket. The push capacity is 80 kgs. We have on in-house manufacturing facility of these brackets with separate assembly line for the fitments.
BED BOARD PLANKS / BED LINERS :- We have innovated the conventional mattress platform in plastic with two varieties 10-piece plastic bed board and 4-piece bed board to improve the bearing capacity of the bed board. The strength is much higher than the metal one as it shares the load equally. The 10 pc bed board plank is easy to attach with screws. The 4 pc bed liner is also easy to assemble on the metal bed frame. it is MRI & X - Ray compatible too. Both models are extremely time saving and also reduces the powder coating activity with respect to cost and labor.
FITMENT TYPE :- We have developed a variety of fitments for mounting bow to the bed frame easily. These are developed keeping in mind the functional requirements & are made of a combination of materials that makes them strong, sturdy, presentable & user friendly. Plastic rods fitment specially used for M1 & M2 in place of metal ones which developed hook & clip metal fitments, specially used for M3 & M4.
BUFFER WHEELS :- These plastic buffers work as great substitutes for rubber / PVC buffers. It provides safety from wall surface score marks on the head bow. They have good shock absorption property. Available in customized colors & sizes. Outer dia - 5 inch & inner dia 10.2, 14.5, 26.4 and 32.6 mm options. There is a special type of buffer used in M3.If has a provision to hold the iv rod pole.
